2009 was an exciting year for the Depot Town Community Development Corporation and the City of Ypsilanti. Both parties collaborated on updating the City Park and Recreation Master Plan and laid out some ambitious plans for improving Riverside and Frog Island Parks. The Depot Town CDC established new conceptual site plans for both parks along with a capital improvement budget for the related projects.
