Interested in reserving Frog Island and Riverside Park for your upcoming festival or event? Follow the instructions below to begin the process.
1. Please read through the Event Permit Application Instructions and FAQ for important information on guidelines and restrictions. Click on the link to download the document.
2. When you have decided the details of your event, please download the Event Permit Application.
3. Save the document to your computer.
4. Fill out the document electronically and save the completed application to your computer.
5. Prepare a a scaled layout/setup for the site and a detail of how parking will be addressed.
6. Email completed application, layout and parking details as attachments to events@depottowncdc.org.
7. Fees and security deposits should be sent to:

Ypsilanti, MI 48198.
Please include the name of event on any payment of fees or deposits.
